Retro Removable Door™ Bathtub Door Access

The Bath Tub Boys can convert your existing bathtub into a shower by simply adding a tub opening! A bathtub door if you will! Our Retro Removable Door™ system is a much more cost-effective alternative to replacing your tub with a new shower unit.

For the person who strictly uses the shower, the Retro Removable Door™ system is ideal. The removable bathtub door can be stored until there is a need for someone to take a bath then you can just slide it in place. This differs from the Retro Door™ system which is intended for those who only takes baths or those that do not have the strength to pull the door up and out. With the Retro Door™ system, the door is permanently attached and swings into the tub when opened allowing the bather to walk in and shut it behind them.

Our tub cutting process starts out with a bathtub cut out designed to allow you to step right into the side of your bathtub. We then install a cover plate that seamlessly integrates into your existing tub. Once complete, you can step through the bathtub door opening just as if you were stepping into a shower.
